Senior HVAC Technician A trusted heating and air service provider is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join a skilled team dedicated to delivering reliable comfort solutions for residential and commercial customers. Essential Functions and Duties:
Install, replace, and commission residential and commercial HVAC systems Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications while ensuring code compliance Communicate with customers about repairs, system performance, and maintenance recommendations Complete service documentation, maintain a clean work vehicle and job site, and participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
8+ years of HVAC experience required, with 10+ years preferred Strong background in HVAC installation, service, and troubleshooting across residential and commercial systems EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and boiler systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Work With Morgan at LC Staffing Local Montana-based recruiter with strong employer partnerships.
