Job Description
Maintains and repairs equipment such as air conditioners, cooling towers, sinks, etc., which may include HVAC, electrical, painting, and plumbing. Troubleshoot/repair equipment as assigned. Interpret and evaluate prints and technical drawings Must be capable of working at height (Ladders, Man Lifts, etc.) Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner, in compliance with all safety regulations Perform facility repairs as assigned. Install/transfer equipment in all Technimark locations. Help maintain central storage area. Respond quickly to emergency situations, calling additional assistance as needed including nights, weekends and holidays. Enter and maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) data, which develops maintenance history, plans, and accounts for labor hours. Travel to other Technimark locations, including international travel.
