We are offering a $2,500 sign on bonus. Overview We're hiring for two experienced HVAC positions: an HVAC Installer and a Commercial HVAC Service Technician . Requirements for Both Positions 5+ years of HVAC experience (commercial experience strongly preferred) OSHA 10 certification EPA certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Position 1: HVAC Install Technician What you'll do: Install HVAC systems to manufacturer specifications and industry standards Independently install equipment and duck work Complete paperwork daily, and record materials used on each job, in an accurate manner Coordinate with general contractors in other trades on installing equipment and duct work Ability to layout roof curbs Perform quality control checks to confirm system functionality and safety Verify installations meet regulatory requirements Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and on schedule Deliver high-quality work on every job Position 2: Commercial HVAC Service Technician What you'll do: Diagnose and repair heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and food service equipment Perform maintenance, service repairs, new unit installations, and part replacements on larger systems (15+ tons) Troubleshoot and service mini-splits and RTUs on smaller systems (15 tons or less) Repair and service boilers, chillers, controls, VFDs, VRF systems, and chilled water systems Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and manage multi-unit service contracts Deliver excellent customer service on every call
