Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Install Manager to lead and oversee our residential installation department. The Install Manager will be responsible for managing installation crews, maintaining installation quality, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This individual will work closely with operations, sales, warehouse, and field personnel to maximize productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Current North Carolina H3-I (Heating Group 3 Class I) License required Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience Previous experience supervising or managing installation teams Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and code requirements Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record EPA Section 608 Certification preferred •Responsibilities •Manage the daily operations of the residential HVAC installation department Schedule and assign installation crews for maximum efficiency Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes Conduct job site inspections and quality assurance checks Train, coach, and mentor installation technicians Monitor labor productivity and installation performance Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Coordinate with sales, warehouse, permitting, and service departments Manage installation inventory, equipment, and materials Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance Review completed jobs for quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding installation personnel Track department KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives You should be proficient in: H3-1 Machines & technologies you'll use: ServiceTitan EPA
