Typical work includes:
Residential HVAC replacements and installations Heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, and ductwork Leading and developing helpers and junior installers Equipment startup and commissioning Refrigerant charging and verification Airflow and system performance checks Troubleshooting installation and startup issues Ensuring work meets manufacturer specifications and applicable codes Final quality-control inspections Communicating professionally with homeowners and the L&H team Completing job documentation in ServiceTitan Keeping jobs clean, organized, and professional
What We're Looking For Required:
3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Ability to complete residential HVAC installations from start to finish Strong installation, startup, and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license Dependable and professional Strong attention to detail Pride in quality workmanship Preferred—but not required: Previous Lead Installer or crew leadership experience NATE certification ServiceTitan experience Sheet metal and ductwork experience New construction experience You Might Be Exactly Who We're Looking For If...
