We're looking for an experienced installer who can lead a crew, complete quality installations, and get the job done right the first time. Responsibilities include:
Lead residential HVAC replacement and new construction installations Install heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, and ductwork Lead and coordinate installation crews Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers Read blueprints, plans, and installation drawings Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements Complete equipment startup and system testing Verify airflow and system performance Verify refrigerant charge and electrical operation Perform final quality-control inspections Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and office staff Document work using ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Protect customers' homes and property Safely operate company vehicles and maintain equipment
What We're Looking For Required:
3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license Strong understanding of residential HVAC installation Ability to lead an installation from start to finish Ability to troubleshoot installation and startup issues Dependable and professional Strong attention to detail Pride in quality workmanship
Preferred:
