Smith's Heating and AC is looking for a lead residential service technician. Locally owned and operated Smith's is an awesome place to work! The position will include the following:

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
• Conduct inspections of HVAC systems and components to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
• Must have HVAC service experience.

You will not be considered without 3 YEARS of prior experience as a service technician

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Proficient in HVAC/R principles and practices
• Experience with appliance repair, field service, property maintenance, or similar roles is a plus
• Ability to operate tools and equipment commonly used in HVAC installation and repair
• Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read wiring diagrams
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Leadership Experience Expected Good communication Skills Ability to use iPad and iPhone a must This position requires a high level of technical expertise in HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance repair, property maintenance, or a related field. A valid driver's license is required as this role may involve driving a company van to various job sites. Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues are essential for success in this role.
