Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching We are seeking a Facilities Technician 2 with strong hands-on HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience to support facility operations at a regulated manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC and mechanical systems , including AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, pumps, and exhaust fans. Perform preventive maintenance, filter/belt changes, coil cleaning, motor greasing, and sensor replacements. Monitor and troubleshoot BAS/Siemens Desigo CC systems and equipment alarms. Perform general building maintenance, including drywall repair, painting, lighting, and hardware repairs. Conduct safety inspections and assist with hazardous waste handling and spill response . Complete work orders, PM documentation, and CMMS records. Follow GxP/SOP requirements and support contractors/vendors.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical/HVAC training preferred. 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC/facilities maintenance experience. EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required. HAZWOPER/hazardous waste training preferred or ability to obtain. Experience with BAS systems, preferably Siemens Desigo CC. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to read basic electrical/mechanical diagrams. Ability to lift up to 50-80 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical/utility areas. Must be available for occasional on-call facility emergencies . This is an urgent opening. Competitive pay is available for candidates who closely match the requirements.
