What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventive maintenance to keep customers comfortable year-round. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues with confidence. Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers. Complete service calls accurately while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit. What We're Looking For 3+ HVAC service experience required. EPA Certification required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship. NATE Certification is a plus—but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.
