Role:

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and customer-focused HVAC Technician with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled routine maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. Diagnose technical issues and perform accurate repairs on furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and light commercial rooftop units. Participate in a rotating Weekend On-Call schedule to handle emergency service requests. Communicate clearly with homeowners and business owners regarding equipment status, recommended repairs, and system replacement options. Maintain clear service records, invoices, and job documentation on a daily basis. Keep your assigned company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and inventory.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

1-5 years of hands-on field experience in HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repair (residential experience required; light commercial preferred).

Certifications:

EPA Universal Certification required; NATE certification or local HVAC licenses are a strong plus.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting, refrigeration cycles, airflow dynamics, and system controls.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Professionalism:

Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and a clean appearance.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces), climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
