Job Description
Quality Pro Services of North Charlotte HVAC Installer Gastonia, NC $20/hour starting Overtime offered Must have a GOOD driving record (required) Quality Pro Services of North Charlotte is a growing HVAC company serving Gastonia and surrounding areas. We're looking for a dependable HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, treats customers right, and shows up ready to work. Must have a basic understanding of NC mechanical and electrical code. Must be detail oriented and be able to accurately run unit startups and go through check lists to avoid go backs. We stay very busy so you will get plenty of hours and performance based incentives. What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform HVAC installations (change-outs and system add-ons) Complete maintenance and system inspections Communicate clearly with customers and office staff Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite What We're Looking For HVAC experience (service, install, or both) Good driving record (required) EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset You will be the install crew leader meaning that you will need the experience and the knowledge to install equipment without a supervisor on site. We expect equipment to be installed correctly the first time while holding to a minimum amount of go backs. Bonus structures exist to incentivise clean work the first time and this is what will be expected.
