Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical or electrical failures to restore optimal system performance. Execute comprehensive system start-ups, including precise wiring, testing, and performance documentation. Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment to extend system lifespan. Communicate technical findings and repair options clearly to homeowners to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
