Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Install new HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems. Diagnose complex system issues accurately and efficiently using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, sharing expertise to promote team development. Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for all work performed. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs, recommend solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills. Requirements Over five years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role. Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigerant handling, and system controls. Valid HVAC technician license or certification as required by local regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
