Qualifications :

Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC systems installation and start-up procedures. Service technician experience in mechanical systems repair, appliance repair, or property maintenance is highly desirable. Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and building automation system layouts. Ability to operate diagnostic tools including ohmmeters and specialized testing equipment confidently. Valid EPA certification. Strong field service background with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
