We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician with strong communication skills to service our residential and light commercial clients across our service area of Winston-Salem, Kernersville, High Point, and Greensboro. Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC Industry, must be able to work in a team environment and to perform various duties including trouble shooting, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating equipment. Salary Salary is commensurate with qualification and experience. The current pay range is $25
Our compensation package includes hourly rate, and generous performance-based compensation. Additional incentives are in-place in the form of monthly companywide contests that award cash prizes. Job Description Perform preventative maintenances on residential and light commercial systems. Repair residential and light commercial air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. Ability to quote, and offer repair options to customers based on thorough diagnosis. Explain the benefits of maintenance contracts to current customers to ensure products last longer. Discuss various options with clients when it comes to heating and cooling systems and help them determine which option is best for their situation. Troubleshoot issues with the current system as problems arise. Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, power tools, voltage and current meters. Ability to work independently, or part of a team, to identify and resolve problems in the field.
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
