Role:

As an Installer , you will execute our residential and commercial HVAC installation projects. This is a key position responsible for effiecent installs, ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

What You'll Do:

Lead HVAC installation Over see your daily install operations Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Troubleshoot job site issues and provide technical guidance Maintain truck inventory,

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in HVAC installation Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (Trade school preferred) Must pass a background check and drug screening Why Join PEACE Heating & Air Conditioning?
