Job Description

Carolina Comfort Heating & Air is looking for a full-time HVAC Install Lead with 3+ years of successful experience to service North Wilkesboro and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems May cut, build, and install ductwork and/or furnaces, as needed Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s) Assist with mentoring and training entry-level Installer's!
Qualifications:
3+ years of previous HVAC installation experience EPA certification Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration, gas piping, system start-up, and operating procedures Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Strong customer service and customer interaction skills on job sites Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in a supervisory, management, or mentoring capacity is a plus
Compensation:

8-hour shift Overtime and weekends as needed
