Job Scope:

Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions in all Industrial HVAC components and equipment and repairing or replacing defective parts; installs equipment requiring highly technical skills.

Pay:

$25-35/hr

Job Duties:

Performs all job duties in a safe and professional manner Responds to work orders related to HVAC and production equipment malfunctions/breakdowns/troubleshooting Performs equipment installation and preventative maintenance on complex equipment Performs diagnostics troubleshooting using wiring diagrams and schematics drawings Replaces or repairs worn or defective parts Troubleshoot/Service using working knowledge of the following: Industrial Chillers Commercial Industrial HVAC/Refrigeration/Air Wash systems Boilers/Steam systems Natural Gas systems Assists technician in other crafts in troubleshooting and problem solving Directs the work of craft trainees Always follows job safety analysis Report any unsafe conditions to supervision Performs other duties as directed by the supervisor

Education/Experience Prerequisites:

Preferred:
