Your New RoleAs an HVAC Residential Install Apprentice in the Raleigh, NC area, you'll gain hands-on experience in HVAC installation, working under the guidance of expert technicians. You'll learn everything from installing furnaces and air conditioners to setting up thermostats and ductwork. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to work hard, we'll equip you with the skills needed for a successful HVAC career.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting in the installation of residential HVAC systemsLearning industry safety protocols and best practicesWorking with senior technicians to understand HVAC components and system setupsPreparing, inspecting, and testing HVAC systems for proper functionalityKeeping tools, equipment, and job sites clean and organizedCommunicating professionally with customers under supervisionParticipating in ongoing training to develop your skills
