Entry-Level New Construction HVAC Technician We're Hiring! We are looking for a dependable, motivated Entry-Level HVAC Technician to join our new construction team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the HVAC industry. Position Overview As a New Construction HVAC Technician, you will assist with the installation of heating and cooling systems in new residential construction. We are willing to train the right person and provide opportunities to advance as your skills and experience grow. More experience = more money! Experienced HVAC technicians will be considered for higher starting pay based on their knowledge, skill level, and ability to work independently. Responsibilities Assist with installation of HVAC systems in new construction homes Install ductwork, equipment, refrigerant lines, drains, and other HVAC components Use hand and power tools safely and properly Follow installation plans, building codes, and company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Learn proper HVAC installation techniques and procedures Complete assigned work with attention to quality and detail Qualifications Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply HVAC experience or trade-school education is a plus Construction experience is helpful but not required Basic mechanical ability and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work in residential construction environments Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Compensation Starting pay is based on experience and skill level.
