Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/R systems and demonstrate mechanical knowledge essential for the maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively troubleshoot residential and light commercial issues and provide high-quality service to our customers. Minimum of 2-years experience required. Duties Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and refrigeration units. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions for repairs. Perform equipment repairs on various appliances related to HVAC systems. Collaborate with clients to design customized HVAC solutions that meet their specific needs. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during each job. Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Experience Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Familiarity with property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems is a plus. Experience in appliance repair or building design can enhance your candidacy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
