We are offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus to qualified candidates!! LOGAN Heating and Cooling is looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our TEAM! You will service and/or repair heating and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects Follow safety protocols and regulations when working on HVAC systems
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems related to HVAC Experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams Knowledge of field service practices and procedures Understanding of property maintenance principles and practices Ability to work with boilers and ammonia refrigeration systems (if applicable) Familiarity with HVAC system design principles
EPA Certification Compensation:
Earn up to $35 per hour!
