Pay:

What You'll Do Job Site Support Assist installers with residential HVAC system installs Help move equipment, materials, and tools Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow instructions from install lead and team members Learning the Trade Learn how HVAC systems are installed and operate Assist with ductwork, system setup, and job prep Develop skills to grow into an installer role over time Physical Work Work in attics and crawl spaces Lift and carry equipment as part of a team Work in varying weather conditions What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and take direction Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to show up on time and be consistent Interest in building a career in HVAC Benefits 10 days PTO Paid major holidays Health insurance stipend 401(k) with company match after 1 year Paid training and development Consistent workflow and scheduling Requirements Minimum Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces Ability to lift and carry equipment safely as part of a team Basic hand tools (or willingness to acquire) Dependable transportation Preferred (Not Required) Previous construction or HVAC experience EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain over time) Who This Is NOT For Individuals who are not reliable or struggle with attendance Those not willing to work in attics, crawl spaces, or physical environments Anyone looking for short-term or temporary work Individuals unwilling to take direction or be part of a team h9VJHpN2Ja
