CRS Mechanical is an HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical contractor based in Concord, NH. We run residential, commercial and new-construction work — mini splits and boilers up to 30-ton chillers, rooftop units, walk-in coolers and lab exhaust. Small crew, real variety, your work matters. We're looking for a well-rounded tech who can own a job start to finish: install, service, refrigeration and sheet metal. If you can hang a duct run in the morning, troubleshoot a system after lunch and fire a boiler on the way home, we want to talk. What you'll do Install and start up residential and light commercial equipment (splits, mini splits, RTUs, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps) Diagnose and repair heating, cooling and commercial refrigeration (walk-ins, reach-ins, racks, ice machines) Fabricate and install sheet metal duct and fittings Braze, press and solder refrigerant and hydronic piping Work from mechanical drawings on new-construction jobs Lead a helper on site and communicate with customers What we're looking for 5+ years hands-on HVAC/R, install and service EPA 608 Universal NH Gas Fitter license (or ability to get it quickly) Solid electrical troubleshooting and sheet metal skills Valid driver's license, clean record, can pass a background check

Pay:

$38.00 - $50.00 per hour
