Pay is determined on experience and licenses - Top range is paid to those with 6+ years of experience and all licenses listed below

HVAC Technician Requirements:
3+ years of experience is a
MUST OSHA 10
is required OSHA 30 is a plus NH Gas Fitter License (Service Level) is required Multi-state licensing is a plus MA Refridgeration license is a plus EPA Universal Certified Valid driver's license Knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and HVAC systems Able to work autonomously (self-disciplined) Able to work well with others (teamwork) Able to work in cold and hot environments Excellent communication etiquette
HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
Travel to client's location and inspect equipment, identify problems, and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance If needed, install new systems and ensure all is running smoothly Follow safety standards and procedures Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-up of commercial HVAC systems Handle preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications Control wiring and high voltage Interprets blueprints Work-order documentation New equipment start-up and commissioning
