Job Description
HVAC Service Technician We are a small family run company that has been in business 15 years. We have a steady business flow and looking for well - qualified employees . Must be articulate, presentable and have a good work ethic. The minimum qualifications to be considered for this position are: You must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record. EPA Universal Certification. NH Gas Fitters Service License Experience servicing HVAC equipment. Self Motivated/Take Initiative, Have a "can do" attitude Must have a flexible schedule/can work overtime as needed. Must have a clean appearance, well groomed. Must be able to communicate with customers effectively. Duties performed in this position include: Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Test and adjust systems to operate correctly. Diagnose malfunctioning equipment and identify the corrective action. Effectively communicate with the customer the issue and corrective action. Efficiently repair the system. Effectively document the process and take payments. Maintain a neat and well groomed appearance. Maintain a clean, stocked and well organized and maintained company vehicle. Climb ladders, crawl in attics, work on roof tops etc. On Call Rotation nights and weekends.
