Job Description

Kingfisher Heat Pumps is hiring an HVAC Sheet Metal Installer / Ductwork Specialist to fabricate and install high-quality heating, cooling, and fresh air ventiliation systems. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean, precise work. Experience in sheet metal, HVAC, fabrication, carpentry, or another skilled trade is valuable. We are also open to motivated candidates without this experience but with a strong mechanical aptitude who want to develop advanced sheet metal and HVAC skills. Responsibilities Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork, fittings, transitions, plenums, and related components Install registers, grilles, dampers, insulation, and duct accessories Measure, lay out, cut, assemble, seal, and hang duct systems Assist with installation of ducted heat pumps and air handlers Maintain tools, vehicles, materials, and clean job sites Work safely and professionally with customers and other trades Qualifications Sheet metal, HVAC, fabrication, carpentry, or related construction experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work from ladders Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, organized, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for rapid advancement Training and mentorship from experienced HVAC and sheet metal professionals Company-sponsored training and certifications 401(k) with 6% matching Paid time off Company-sponsored meals Friendly, professional, quality-focused workplace
