Job Description

Bring your HVAC expertise to a fast-paced, multi-site service portfolio where your hands-on troubleshooting makes an immediate difference for residents across New Hampshire. In this Licensed HVAC Technician opportunity, you'll cover Manchester and surrounding markets, working directly on a wide range of residential and light-commercial equipment with autonomy and no need to immediately turn routine repairs over to outside vendors. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed HVAC Technician position include: 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience, with the ability to independently diagnose residential and light-commercial equipment. EPA Section 608 Universal Certification. Gas Fitter License is highly preferred Comfort troubleshooting and repairing split systems, rooftop units, PTACs, mini-splits, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and air handlers. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to participate in a multi-site/on-call service rotation. Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal changeovers, including work associated with apartment unit turns. Recover, evacuate, and charge refrigerants in full EPA 608 compliance, maintaining accurate refrigerant usage, recovery, and leak-rate documentation.
Salary:
$30-$50/hour.
