Job Description

We are currently seeking talented Sheet Metal Installers to join our team in Londonderry, New Hampshire . This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay rate ranging from $27 to $30 per hour , depending on your professional background. Candidates with a strong foundation in commercial HVAC systems , ductwork installation , and the ability to interpret blueprints and mechanical specifications are encouraged to apply. No professional license is needed for this role. Core Duties Execute the layout, assembly, and installation of intricate sheet metal ductwork. Help ensure optimal airflow by installing commercial HVAC ventilation systems in various buildings. Analyze architectural blueprints and mechanical drawings to guide project execution. Perform precise measuring, cutting, fitting, and connecting of duct components. Support the infrastructure by installing necessary dampers, hangers, supports, and other HVAC hardware. Maintain a productive workflow by utilizing hand and power tools with proper safety protocols. Help maintain a high-quality, safe working environment by ensuring all ductwork adheres to strict project specifications. Professional Qualifications Proven background as a Ductwork Mechanic, HVAC Installer, or Sheet Metal Installer. Proficiency in translating mechanical specifications and blueprints into physical installations. Direct experience working with ventilation setups and commercial HVAC equipment. Current OSHA 10 Construction Safety Certification is mandatory. Dependable transportation and a dedicated, hardworking professional approach.
