Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, AHU's, compressors, and VAV's. Respond to tenant requests. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues. Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for all emergencies (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, etc.). Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inventory control Perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

Working knowledge of Siemens Apogee EMS. Working knowledge of centrifugal chillers (TRANE and Carrier). Working knowledge of Cleaver-Brooks gas fired boilers. Have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, cooling towers, AHU's, and VAV distribution. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment. Problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Have good conversation skills. Ability to work independently and with a team. Must have 2 or more years' experience in the field. Must have valid driver's license.
