Typical hours:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with occasional overtime as needed for project completion. Job Summary Join Winchester Mechanical , a leading commercial HVAC contractor in Nashua, NH , known for quality workmanship and long-term employee relationships. As an HVAC Installer, you'll install, maintain, and repair commercial systems while representing the professionalism our clients expect. Expect hands-on work, career development, and a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems Wire low-voltage connections for heating and cooling equipment Install refrigerant lines; perform brazing, soldering, or pressing Connect gas lines and verify safe operation of systems Read blueprints and pre-measure materials for installation Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control issues Complete service/start-up reports and documentation Mentor and train HVAC apprentices or helpers Qualifications 3-5 years of HVAC installation or service experience Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record
EPA & OSHA
certification required
Preferred:
NH Gas, MA Sheet Metal, or MA Refrigeration license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights safely
