What You'll Do:
As a One Hour Service Technician , you'll run residential service calls—performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll explain issues clearly, provide options, and help homeowners make confident, informed decisions. Customer service to us is caring enough for each person to present options for their home and family and give them the power of choice for what makes sense. This role is about solving problems, building trust, and taking pride in work that lasts.
What You Bring:
2+ years of HVAC service experience in residential settings Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills EPA Certification required (NATE Certification is a plus) Great communicator with a confident, friendly attitude Ability to educate customers and explain solutions clearly Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in doing it right Your own basic hand tools and a commitment to professionalism
