Job Description
SERVICE TECHNICIAN CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FIELD.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
- Follow safety procedures and regulations when working on HVAC systems
- Join on-call rotation
Skills:
- Great personality and willingness to learn
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to
WORK AS A TEAM!
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
- Experience as an HVAC service technician is preferred
- Proficient in property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (van driving may be required)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of the team

$35.00- $58.
