Support the growth of the team by providing mentorship and supervision to apprentices and junior staff members. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by ensuring all setups adhere to rigorous quality and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and homeowners to provide clear demonstrations of how their new systems function.

Candidate Requirements Background :

At least 3 years of hands-on installation experience in the HVAC field, with preference given to those with extensive tenure.

Management :

Demonstrated capability to oversee site operations and coordinate installation teams for maximum productivity.

Credentials :

Possession of a current EPA Certification is a mandatory requirement.
