Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems across residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Diagnose system issues accurately using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge. Replace or repair defective components such as thermostats, compressors, fans, filters, and electrical wiring. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes. Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations. Document service activities thoroughly in service reports and update maintenance records. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and uphold high-quality standards. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role within the HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and related electrical components. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software used for troubleshooting HVAC equipment. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams with ease. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to customer service. Valid HVAC technician certification/license as required by state or local regulations is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to learn. $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
