HVAC Installation Manager -
Drive Operational Excellence and Department Leadership Job Overview:

Salary/Pay Rate:
$130,000 - $180,000 per year (Profit sharing and bonuses available).
Location:
West Berlin, NJ (In-office).
Job/Employment Type:
Full Time.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, with availability needed 7 days per week as required.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:

The Opportunity:
You will take complete ownership of our installation department, driving quality execution and team development across all residential projects. This high-impact leadership position gives you full accountability to structure operations, streamline department workflows, and scale our installation business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our high standards of quality and integrity are met on every job. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Oversee all HVAC installation processes to guarantee jobs are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Schedule in-home energy audits and coordinate necessary financing, permits, and equipment logistics. Measure, order, and coordinate custom ductwork and equipment to meet precise project specifications. Verify initial sales measurements for complete accuracy and make required technical modifications. Manage daily staffing allocations, ensuring appropriate crew sizes and skill levels for every installation. Mentor and hold installation crews accountable to core company protocols and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of direct experience in residential HVAC installation. Proven track record in a supervisory or management role with verifiable professional references. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing installation department. Working knowledge of ordering equipment, evaluating AHRI certificates, and performing load calculations. Strong computer proficiency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Hands-on experience navigating and managing 0% utility program implementations. Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software. Demonstrated background in project management and high-volume scheduling environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary range of $130,000 to $180,000 per year. Profit-sharing programs and performance bonus incentives available.
