www.pezzelectric.com Key Responsibilities HVAC Service & Diagnostics Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial HVAC systems Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, boilers, mini-splits, and RTUs Perform system performance testing and identify efficiency or safety issues Installation & Maintenance Install HVAC equipment and components in accordance with code and company standards Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems Interpret system layouts, schematics, and installation requirements Customer Communication Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, repair options, and recommendations Provide professional, customer-focused service on every job Document work performed, findings, and recommendations accurately Operational Excellence Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety standards and procedures Represent Pezz Heating & Cooling professionally at all job sites Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC service and installation experience (residential and light commercial) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across heating and cooling systems Experience working with furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and RTUs EPA certification preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits Health & Wellness Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Wellness Reimbursements Safety Equipment Provided Compensation & Retirement $35 - $42+ per hour (based on experience) Weekly pay cycle Retirement savings program Profit sharing opportunities
