Up to $50 per hour plus commissions and a sign-on bonus up to $2,500.

Monday

• Friday (7:00 am
• 4:00 pm or 8:00 am
• 5:00 pm) plus overtime and monthly on-call rotation.

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex heating and cooling system failures to provide immediate comfort solutions.
• Educate clients on technical issues using layman's terms to ensure they can make informed repair decisions.
• Execute high-quality repairs on residential HVAC equipment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Maintain a prompt and reliable service schedule to uphold our status as the highest-rated provider in the region.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure all technical documentation and parts orders are processed accurately.
• Promote world-class customer service by treating every home with the care and precision our mascot represents. Required Qualifications & Experience
• 2-3+ years of professional experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to master the trade.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company safety standards.
• Ability to work overtime and participate in a weekend on-call rotation once per month. Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in diverse residential heating and cooling systems.
