Job Description
Are you an HVAC Technician who desires to build a career in the Building Automation Systems industry? Or a BAS Technician who is stuck in a dead-end job with no room for advancement? Duties of the position include hardware testing, startup/commissioning, and servicing/troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HVAC systems, basic knowledge of Building Automation, and the desire, motivation, and ability to learn and grow. Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma
- 2-Year post-H.S. HVAC Degree, Certificate, or equivalent H.S. vocational technical training.
- Minimum 1 year of experience installing commercial HVAC systems OR servicing Building Automation Systems
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information about products and systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing schedules and priorities and multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel) a plus
- Fluent ability to work with laptops, tablets, and smartphones
- Outstanding customer interface and human relations skills
- Valid Driver's License
