Seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer with 15 or more years of hands-on experience installing, replacing, and commissioning HVAC systems for businesses. This is a union role, and we welcome non-union candidates who are interested in becoming unionized. Responsibilities Install commercial HVAC equipment and associated piping/ductwork Perform equipment changeouts and retrofit projects Collaborate with crane picks and rigging operations Complete startup and commissioning activities Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards Leadership over journeymen and apprentices Supervise crews and coordinating with Project Managers, Subcontractors, and customers

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Experienced in working on: Commercial rooftop units (RTUs) Air Handling Units (AHUs) Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF and VRV) systems Boilers (hot water and steam) Chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled) Cooling towers Hydronic piping systems Sheet metal ductwork installation Refrigerant piping and controls coordination Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings Leadership experience Strong troubleshooting and startup experience OSHA10 Valid driver's license Experience working in occupied commercial buildings such as healthcare, industrial, and institutional facilities

Physical Requirements Frequently Required:

 Walking. Max carry 75lbs. Push/pull 40-75lbs. Exposure to hot and cold temperature. Working at heights. Operate motorized equipment.

Occasionally Required:

 Standing, bending, or twisting. Kneeling, crouching, stopping, and crawling. Repetitive motion. Working with arms raised over head. Working on or from ladders. Exposure to high sound levels.
