Full Time[FT] Pay Rate $52,055 Overview Performs HVAC project services and maintenance duties as required for the maintenance of the facilities. Troubleshoots and repairs the HVAC systems in a professional manner. Responsibilities Basic control circuits/thermostats/pneumatic/electric. Free standing combination HVAC units. Control HVAC systems with remote fan coil units
  • chilled/tempered water. Alternate energy sources
  • electric, natural/propane gas, heating diesel fuel oil. Air filtration systems
  • primary/secondary, permanent/disposable. Duct systems
  • control dampers pneumatic/electric, actuators, VAV boxes, cleaning, balancing. Preventative maintenance systems. Basic piping installation

Qualifications Minimum Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license required. EPA 608 Certification required. Four years directly related experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requirements Ability to read/interpret sketches, blueprints, plans, O&M manuals, circuit diagrams. Must be computer literate with ability to utilize Microsoft Office at an intermediate level. Ability to learn and utilize specific higher education programs and systems.
