Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred to you by physicians, developing tailored treatment programs based on individual needs and physician guidelines. Implement and monitor treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic techniques, aiming to restore functional movement and alleviate pain. Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercises and lifestyle modifications essential for ongoing recovery. Utilize advanced professional techniques to establish trust and rapport with each patient, ensuring a supportive therapeutic relationship. Meet or exceed established utilization goals and contribute to clinic-wide performance measures aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness. Maintain accurate patient documentation, tracking progress concerning established goals and outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Your ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient is essential for ensuring successful recovery outcomes. You will play a critical role in assisting patients in regaining their independence and improving their quality of life through skilled therapeutic interventions. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required. A valid State License in Physical Therapy. At least two years of hands-on clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association. Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients and their families. Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to maintain patient records and documentation. Preferred Experience Prior experience in home health care is highly desirable. Experience working with a diverse range of patients and conditions is a plus. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the community and among patients, emphasizing a patient-centric approach. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 100,000
to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
