Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required. A valid State License in Physical Therapy. At least two years of hands-on clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association. Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients and their families.
