Diagnose performance issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Engage with homeowners, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction. Develop junior installers and apprentices through hands-on coaching. Capture detailed records for installs, repairs, and service activities. Partner with teammates to hit timelines and quality goals. Core capabilities High school diploma or equivalent; relevant HVAC certifications preferred. 3+ years in residential HVAC installation roles. Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment. Blueprint and technical diagram literacy. Strong diagnostic mindset and precision in execution. Excellent people skills and clear communication. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
