HVAC LEAD INSTALLER - FULL TIME

First Class Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, experienced installer who can take ownership of a job, lead a helper/crew, and complete installations from start to finish without constant supervision.

Qualifications:

5+ years HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to run residential and light commercial installations Lead and manage an installation helper/crew Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers and heat pumps Experience with Mitsubishi/Fujitsu ductless and ducted systems Sheet-metal and ductwork installation/fabrication Refrigeration piping, brazing and evacuation Condensate piping and drainage Low-voltage wiring, thermostats and controls Equipment start-up and commissioning Ability to read plans and specifications EPA certification preferred Valid and clean driver's license Professional, dependable and organized
