Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Knowledge of closed loop water source heat pump equipment, including circulator pumps, boilers and cooling towers. Knowledge of

AAON, TRANE, CARRIER, LENNOX

rooftop equipment up to 25 tons. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and recommend solutions Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Troubleshoot system failures and perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently, which includes on-call rotations Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance tips

Qualifications and Skills:

Current and valid EPA Section 608 Certification (legally required for handling refrigerants) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proficiency in using manual and power tools and diagnostic equipment Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent customer service and communication Physical stamina and strength, including the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights in various weather conditions
