Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, dependable and highly experienced HVAC Service Technician to maintain, diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment Test and calibrate HVAC systems for proper functionality Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, options, and system care Complete work orders, service reports, and maintain accurate records Comply with all local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company policies Maintain tools and inventory in service vehicle Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours service requests

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, or rooftops Comfortable working in varying weather conditions Standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders for extended periods

$62,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
