Commercial HVAC Mechanical Estimator Requirements:

5 Years of Commercial HVAC Mechanical or Piping Estimating / Takeoff required Experience with Trimble MEP AutoBid Mechanical or Similar Estimating Software required experience with Estimating HVAC projects across a range of project sizes ($5,000 - $100 Mil) required Experience Estimating Large-Scale HVAC projects in Data Centers, Hospitals, Banks, Etc preferred Engineering or Construction Related Degree preferred

Commercial HVAC Mechanical Estimator Responsibilities:

This role involves preparing HVAC piping takeoffs and estimates for commercial and industrial projects throughout New Jersey Responsibilities include reviewing plans, estimating labor and materials, obtaining vendor and subcontractor pricing, and preparing proposals for mechanical piping, plumbing, renovation, and new-construction work Projects range from $5,000 to $100 million and may include data centers, hospitals, high-rise buildings, offices, warehouses, and industrial facilities The role may also support pre-bid meetings, walkthroughs, budget estimates, and pricing changes with Engineering and Project Management Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
