JOB SUMMARY
This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Also able draft proposals and close HVAC sales.
JOB DUTIES
Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems Manages the sales process from initial contact to closing, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts Collaborates with installation team to ensure proper setup and functioning of HVAC systems post-sale Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving Wears floor savers while in the client's home Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside Maintains relationships with clients, offering post-sales support, and addressing any concerns or follow-up needs. Generates 5 star reviews with excellent customer service and technical skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent 3+ Years of experience in HVAC Installations 3+ Years of experience in HVAC Service 1+ years of Experience HVAC Sales Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry NATE certification preferred Must display strong communication skills and technical competence Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen Clean driving record. Must have basic HVAC hand tools. (Specialty tools provided by company)
