What You'll Do Own the service experience from doorstep to wrap-up: Diagnose and repair residential systems: furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers — including the tough calls. Spot issues early to reduce callbacks and prevent breakdowns. Guide homeowners through choices — repair vs. replace, financing options, and maintenance agreements — so they can make confident decisions. Track and hit your metrics; know your revenue and service goals and take pride in meeting them. What You Bring Hands-on residential HVAC service experience and code/safety know-how. Comfort with tech — iPads, digital invoicing, and ServiceTitan. Polished communication at the kitchen table and on the job site. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Fluency in English.
