An established HVAC Mechanical Company in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the commercial HVAC service department in Voorhees, NJ. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
: Manage scheduling, execution, billing, and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs. Develop and meet budget, revenue, and gross margin targets. Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to implement plans and programs. Analyze monthly financial performance and provide reports to management. Take corrective action as necessary. Manage assets efficiently, including inventory and company service vehicles. Foster a high-performance culture through performance reviews and development initiatives. Supervise, train, and develop branch HVAC Service Technicians. Preferably seeking candidates with 4-5+ years of experience in leading and expanding commercial HVAC service departments. Must have a consistent work history and a track record of success.
